Victure Trail Game Camera Reviews by Consumers

Interestingly enough, I will not start my review as normal. Today, let’s get started with reviews by other consumers – both only and offline.

On Amazon

In sum, most consumers agree on the fact that Victure Trail Game Camera 16MP 1080P perform unexpected well at the price. Photos and videos are vivid every time it shoots. Night vision is also black-and-white crisp thanks to the advanced 940nm no-glow infrared technology.

However, the manual is not very helpful as if it is written by someone who might not be proficient in English. That the camera is simple and easy to operate will disappoint those who look for customizable features.

From My Friends

I first referred to some of my friends who are also interested in trail cameras. 7 out of them praised Victure Trail Camera is compact and high-quality in taking pictures and videos for money. Meanwhile, one complained that the camera stopped taking photos after a week. Another friend was disappointed with the manual guide. Fortunately, the camera was easy to use, so he could finally manage to make it work. The other revealed that day-time pictures were good, but the night vision was terrible.

Image and Video Quality

Back then, the Victure HC200 only supports resolutions of 12MP and 1080P. Now, the camera is upgraded to 16MP.

Obviously, the higher resolution is, the greater detail you can expect from pictures and videos related to the image’s size and clarity. 16MP is also excellent to see on large screens like TVs or computers. Thus, if you are truly serious about collecting photos of wildlife, you will want to opt-in for Victure Trail Game Camera 16MP 1080P.

Apart from images, the camera can also record videos when you choose one of 5 recording modes available including video, timed photo, mixed, motion-activated, and time-lapse. In terms of videos, they are a little grainy in the night version, but the overall results are very clear and audible.

Trigger Speed & Detection

Victure-Trail-Game-Camera-night-version

Victure Trail Game Camera 16MP 1080P is so sensitive that the camera takes 3 shots continuously within 0.5 seconds. This high triggering speed is thanks to the improved motion sensor.

Specifically, the detection angle is up to 90 degrees, which is not as wide as some models like Campark T45 or APEMAN Trail Camera 20MP. By all means, it can still satisfy most users.

What might disappoint users, in fact, is the IR Flash. The LEDs are only 26 low-glow, therefore, the detection range is only limited to 65 ft. To tell the truth, this distance is only entry-level these days because most trail cameras now can capture objects at 80 ft. and more. Compensationally, the LEDs are low-glow enough not to spook animals away.

Battery Life

The Victure HC200 is powered by either 4 or 8 AA batteries, so theoretically, you can expect the battery to last for a decent time.

However, you should take notes that high resolutions and fast capturing speed consume batteries and SD memory very quickly.

Hence, to save power and storage space, you had better set up the cameras widely. Or, you can use an external power source (6v/1.5A) or a rechargeable battery.

Quality of Design

As I mentioned in the first place, the Victure Trail Game Camera 16MP 1080P is effortless for the entry-level users. Although the manual guide is not user-friendly – I do confirm because it is possibly written by a Chinese person, you can still master in all operations in a matter of minutes.

First off, there is a 2.4-inch LCD screen to navigate all menu at a glance. Also, you can check photos and videos right on the device. Secondly, the body of the Victure HC200 is compact and covered by an IP66 waterproof case. It means you can place the camera outdoors for a long time. Even better, the camouflage design allows the camera to blend completely with nature.

For that reason, the camera has ultra-high concealment from wildlife and human.

Affordable Price

Come to think of all features and the design, the price is extremely a gift by the manufacturer. Even more, there is a 24-month warranty for your sake.

Comparisons to Some Alternatives

Campark Trail Camera T45

Campark Trail Camera T45 is twice as expensive as Victure Trail Game Camera 16MP 1080P HC200. At that rate, you will get a faster-capturing speed, higher detection angle/range, as well as improved adds-on such as 3 PIR sensors or microSD.

APEMAN Trail Camera

In fact, APEMAN H45 and Victure HC200 share almost all features and price range. However, the resolution is not truly HD. As a result, the images are not very excellent at a very distant. Also, the operations are not very user-friendly. For example, the mode switch labels are not helpful.

Last Verdict

All in all, Victure Trail Game Camera 16MP 1080P HC200 is the best choice for those who want to focus on the quality of images and videos rather than a wide range of detection or advanced customizations. Also, beginners will also love the Victure for its inexpensive price and ease of use.
